At Utāb Studio, every photography session is a collaboration — rooted in presence, shaped by trust. These terms exist not to limit your experience, but to support it with clarity and care.
When you book a session with us, your time will be reserved upon confirmation and completion of payment. You may choose to pay securely through our online system, via bank transfer, or through another method we mutually agree upon. If your plans shift, you may cancel up to 72 hours before the session for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, same-day cancellations are non-refundable due to the preparation and time involved.
Before the session, you’re warmly invited to share your ideas, inspirations, and intentions. This helps us shape a session that reflects you. We kindly ask that you arrive on time, as delays may impact the quality and duration of our work together. While we’re flexible, we are not responsible for interruptions caused by weather, illness, or unforeseen changes beyond our control.
As artists, we reserve the right to maintain the integrity of our creative process. We do not release raw or unedited images. Each image you receive is selected and crafted with care, in alignment with the unique visual language of Utāb Studio.
You are welcome to use your images for personal purposes — whether printed, shared, or cherished privately. For any commercial usage, such as marketing, publishing, or branding, we’ll create a custom agreement tailored to your needs. Unless you request otherwise in writing, Utāb Studio may also feature selected works in its portfolio, exhibitions, or online platforms, always with respect and discretion.
Final images are delivered within approximately 2 to 3 weeks. If you need your photographs sooner, we’ll do our best to accommodate a rush timeline; additional fees may apply.
